I had lunch once at Nuevo Hilary (on Av Rafael Campos) and I had a local dish, I don't remember the name, but it was good. Strange but good. They served Chinese food as well, I think. The service was ok and the prices were not that high (I paid 12$ for what I had). Hope you'll like it if you decide to go!
